Account Deletion Guide

Note: Deleting your account is permanent. This action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered even if you reinstall the app.

Before you delete your account, make sure you can still sign in with the email or phone number linked to your WatchCash profile. If you use WatchCash on multiple devices, sign out on those devices or remove them from linked devices in the app settings when possible.

After deletion, your session history, points, and reward data cannot be restored. We recommend redeeming or withdrawing any available balance before continuing.

To delete your account

  1. Open the WatchCash app on your Android device/iPhone/iPad.
  2. Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon).
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  5. Review the warning, then tap Delete my account to confirm.
Deleting your account will:
  • Permanently remove your WatchCash account and login access.
  • Delete your points balance, session history, and reward redemption records.
  • Cancel any pending redemptions that have not yet been processed.
